Registration must be made on our official website (http://www.icla2010.org). The on-line registration is available from February 15, 2010. If you run into any problem, please contact the secretariat at reg@icla2010.org. The on-line registration system will close at 18:00 on June 30, 2010 local time.  All registrations received after this time will be considered as on-site registration. For the benefit of lower registration rates, it is highly recommended to make early registration by March 31, 2010.

Methods of Payment
- Confirmations will be sent upon clearance of payment.
- Receipts will be issued at the on-site registration desk. - All payments must be made in U.S. Dollars only, by the following methods:
 

Credit Card

Persons paying with credit cards must register on-line.Visa, Master, JCB and AMEX card will be accepted.

 

Wire Transfer

Registration fee can be wired directly from your bank to the account below. All bank charges are to be paid by registrants. Be sure to verify the registrant’s name when wiring the fee.

 
Attention

If you are ICLA Member and want to make a payment for the registration through wire transfer by March 31, 2010 (Before the Early-Bird Registration Due), the amount of money which will be settled in LOC’s account must be precisely US$ 150 (please make sure that we should receive full amount of US$150 without deduction). That means, you should be responsible for the bank charge involved in the transfer. The same goes for Non-Member and Student. Please also remember to verify the registrant’s name when wiring the fee, or your payment might not be recognized by Secretariat.

 
Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing to the secretariat. The cancellation form is available on-line. Please refer to the following cut-off date for cancellation. All refunds will be made after the Congress for administrative reasons. Bank charges will be deducted from the refunded amount.

 
Up until June 30, 2010 - Full refund less US$ 60.00 processing fee
The Cultural Event 2 coupon cannot be refunded. (US$ 30)
July 1, 2010 and after - No refund
 
Due to limited space, Welcome reception will be served to only 500 participants, on a first come - first served basis.
Due to limited space, only 380 participants will be admitted to the show (Cultural Event 1), on a first come - first served basis.
 
As an alternative to cancellation, your registration may be transferred to another person prior to June 30, 2010 without incurring a penalty. The secretariat must be informed in writing of any alterations or transfers.
