The Organizing Committee of ICLA 2010 SEOUL is pleased to offer rooms around the Congress venue with special consideration on security, accessibility, and price. As all rooms will be allocated on a first come, first served basis, once the room blocks at these hotels have been filled, we may not able to secure further rooms with the hotels at the special rates quoted. Therefore, early reservation through the secretariat is highly recommended.
How to make a hotel booking
Participants can make a hotel reservation through the E- Hotel Reservation or submit the hotel reservation form via e-mail at icla2010@mecitour.com or fax 82-2-2082-2110. The confirmation of reservation letter will be sent to you within 48 hours by the secretariat.

Important Notice
1. All hotel reservation should be made through the secretariat and any change in booking must be informed in writing to the     secretariat, NOT directly to the hotel.
2. Hotel Reservation should be made until June 15, 2010. After the date, we can not guarantee and it will be subject to room     availability.
3. Double occupancy rate (additional KRW 5,000 per night) applies to above the room rate at The Westin Chosun.
4. Standard check-in time from 2.00pm and check-out time by 12.00am apply to all hotels. Please note that requests for     early check in and late check out must be informed in writing to the secretariat at icla2010@mecitour.com in advance.     However, this may cause additional one night charge depending on room availability.
5. Above the hotel room rates are subject to be added 10% Service Charge and 11% Government Tax.

Hotel Deposit

To secure your reservation, all reservations must be guaranteed by your valid credit card. All hotel charges will be settled when checking out by the hotels.

Cancellation Policy

Before and including June 15, 2010 – No penalty.
June 16, 2010 and after – All room charges will be paid by your guaranteed credit card.(10% SVC will be applied.)
